Our Returns Policy

We hope that you will love everything purchased from Shoe. However if something isn't quite right please return it within 7 days and we will exchange or issue you a Gift Voucher. Our Gift Vouchers do not expire.

There is NO exchanges or credit notes on sale items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
