Delivery

Delivery cost is £3 and fulfilled by Cadiz from the shop for next working day delivery.  Please note the following - 

• Delivery window is 11.30am to 6pm.
• If you order after 6pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday, delivery will be Monday.

Returns

We hope that you will love everything purchased from Shoe. However if something isn't quite right please return it within 7 days and we will exchange or issue you a Gift Voucher. Our Gift Vouchers do not expire.

There is NO exchanges or credit notes on sale items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
